Is Returns Accepted?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns as our goods are produced on demand. However, if you experience issues related to manufacturing defects or damage incurred during shipping, do not hesitate to contact us with photographic evidence. We are committed to resolving such problems by providing a replacement promptly!
Custom and personalized orders
Cancellations are acceptable only before the product has been shipped or fulfilled, typically within an hour of placing the order. If you notice any errors, please get in touch with me immediately. Keep in mind, we begin the production process almost instantly after receiving an order.
Wholesale Orders:
For wholesale orders, please contact me for a discount on large quantities!
Incorrect Address:
Please ensure to verify your address before completing your purchase. As a customer, you're accountable for supplying the accurate address and/or apartment number. Packages that go missing or are returned to us due to an incorrect address cannot be refunded or replaced. We regret to inform that we cannot bear the costs for reprinting/shipping in such cases. If you wish to reorder, we can offer you a discount. So, please make sure to confirm your address before proceeding with the purchase!

If your package arrives in a damaged condition, it is generally due to carrier mishandling. Contact me directly on Etsy at your earliest convenience! For insurance reasons, I will need photo evidence in order to either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Our packages are dispatched in a discreet manner, without any invoices or labels inside, making them perfect for gift items. Should an item arrive damaged or ineffective, you'll be covered by our refund/replacement protection.

Please be aware that minor discrepancies in garment measurements are commonplace in the clothing industry. This means there might be a small deviation - up to 1 inch (2.54 cm) - from the measurements given in the size guide. These minor variations are not deemed product defects.

We do ship to military addresses. However, tracking updates from USPS will end once the package is delivered to the DPO hub for further distribution. The total delivery timeframe for such orders can extend to 30 business days. If the order isn't received within this period, please inform us and we'll initiate an investigation.
